Bus travels great, music good, but full blast bad. Otherwise Mulaudzi bus is good to travel with

The worst serves from a bus company I have ever experienced. 7 hours late on a trip from Joburg to Mutare on the 29th of December 2022.Moreover no communication no apology not even an apology from the owner, pathetic, disrespectful of our hard earned cash!

I have been using mulaudzi buses most of the time coz it's my favorite 29/12/22 I bought a ticket at park station tjooo the lady selling tickets there is so unfriendly and rude, and I noticed that she is rude to almost every 1 including drivers. Because of her my interest on using the service is zero. Otherwise the drivers are the best. If nothing is done about this I will be a lost customer including my family.

23 days later I still have no direction with regards to my complaint!!!!!!!!! I am disgusted by the unethical behaviour of Muluadzi Bus Services staff and their driver. On the I booked a bus from Midrand N1 Ultra Shell to Polokwane got to the station (Garage) an hour before pick up time, lo and behold 2 hours later the bus was still not there. Called their office to inform them that the driver hasn't showed up and to my suprise the gentleman that answered their phone gave me drivers contact details and said that i should personally call their driver to find out what the hold up is ????????????? I then took it upon myself to call the driver, firstly he was so unprofessional, people in the background were so loud I couldn't hear a thing the driver was saying, he spoke Venda which i do not understand, HE advised that the bus had broken down and he was trying to fix it, couldn't even tell me how long the process was going to take!. 4 hours later (10pm), 10 calls down the line I finally decided to leave cause clearly the bus wasn't going to show up!!!!!!!!! No one from that company has called me since, not for them to reimburse me nor apologize for the inconvenience caused.

Always on time, I starts my night shifts on Mondays & use this bus from Siloam to Jhb,,never disappointed,
