Such a poor managing agent, the manager Naasera only makes promises, but nothing gets done, they were managing our complex with the attached pictures, this will give you an idea if you really want to deal with people like this.

My experience with Maxprop is second -hand ,since they managed the complex (Chan Ridge) where my mom-in-law owned a property. I was invited to attend meetings at their offices.They were both friendly and professional and took charge of situations, and made the necessary decisions where needed.Highly Recommended.

This is a highly incompetent organisation. They have been contracted as managing agents for a unit that I owned many years ago. Despite informing them on several occasions , they continue to to send me the levy bills. This property was sold and transferred more than 4 years ago. I continue to be harassed by them due to non responsiveness and gross incompetence. Please don’t use them, there track history speaks for themselves . Maxprop Bulwer road Glenwood

I was an intern estate agent for Maxprop for two and a half months. I found them very unstructured, no documented processes and/or disciplines and poor with technology. I also struggled with the culture which came across as everyone for themself and personal gain was more important than the client.Having said all the above, Maxprop have been in business for many years, so they must be doing something right or riding a wave.I personally don't believe estate agents add huge value to the seller or buyer except for managing the process and believe residential clients could save a huge amount of money with a different view to this industry.

We hired Max Prop to handle our rental property at the Gables in Durban a year ago, however we've had nothing but troubles. We receive varying amounts of the rental charge, do not receive payments on schedule, and always receive an answer to everything. We decided to divorce them since they are really unprofessional.

Very poor. Property was not inspected properly and Maxprop listed and hide behind voetstoets once sale is in progress. Very hands off. STAY AWAY FROM THIS AGENCY.
