Very happy with the service provided by Zac when our Samsung washing machine stopped working. I contacted him that afternoon. He attended the following day and efficiently diagnosed that there was a problem with the pump. He replaced the pump and had the machine working again in a very short time. Zac also made sure he left the area clean. He was very professional to deal with and very clear in his communication about the job.

Zac arrived within the timeframe advised, completed the work quickly and efficiently even taking the time to share some advice on the care and maintenance of the appliance before leaving. Price charged was exactly as quoted.Only thing that was a bit challenging was coordinating a date/time for them to come around (suppose highlighting how busy they are) and also contributed by our own conflicting schedule. They responded quickly to my email. Asked me questions about the problem I was having with the washer. They were able to send a technician on a day and time that suited me. Technician (Zac I think) notified me 1/2 hour before his arrival & turned up on time. He was friendly & professional & talked me through the problem after viewing the washer. He then gave me a reasonablequote & replaced a part & had the machine running perfectly. He gave me some good advice about looking after the washer in the future. Settling the bill was hassle free & I was issued with a receipt electronically.Job well done I reckon. I would recommend this company to my mates. Thank you washing machine man Zac (I think).

Was able to come out immediately. Could have charged me for an expensive main board replacement but advised me about a drainage issue that I was able to fix myself. Very friendly and highly recommended.

The technician came out the following day after requesting and he was very lovely and prompt. Preserved and figured out what was wrong with my oven even after all tests came back fine. Would definitely use again if I had issues and recommend him to people.

Zac is rude and disorganised. He called 15mins before his expected arrival time, then cancelled when I took literally 10mins to reply because he couldn't wait around". Then swore at me when I said it was not acceptable! NEVER will use his service again!!!!"

Response time was amazing. All replacement done within 48 hours. Technician was well presented, polite and arrived on time with the correct part. Cost wise a little pricey but you pay for efficiency so no problem, Highly recommended.
