Worst service, as this is a a product that easy breaks,nobody assists or advises you how to load it.I was told their is no delivery by the lady in the office,but security told me they only deliver for selective clients.They make you drive up and down to collect glass and then back to collect the have hinges.Worst service hey,not very organized.

This morning I arrived at Compass Glass just before 7 because the website says you guys open at 7 and I was met by a Lady that was very rude. I didn't even get a chance to greet or let alone explain myself and I was told we won't be able to help you because you used the wrong material for your template and on top of that the people working in the office only start at 07:30. First of all I had no idea that when you make a template for glass there is specific material you had to use secondly if nobody can help me that time of the morning why should I fill in any paperwork. Luckily there was a young man there that could help me. Guys can you pls change the time on your website so that this doesn't happen to anyone else. The reason I was there so early is because I had to start a job in Noordhoek this morning and still had to go and pick up trailer and scaffolding and and and.
