Very poor service and products are of a grossly inferior quality. Staff was also neglible and unhelpful. Avoid this place if want quality goods or assistance.

I was disturbed to see an incredibly filthy and neglected fish tank at the entrance to this hardware store. Upon raising this with the salesman, Muhammad, I was met with aggression and discourteousness. He lied about having cleaned the tank the day before and refused to give me his name (which I found on the till slip). I find it shocking that he had no qualms about neglecting these fish and speaking to a customer in such a rude manner.

Used to be such a great place, but after three visits there for hardware items, they never have stock of the items I’m looking for - very common items. Staff are friendly, but most of them don’t seem to have much knowledge.

Sometimes it's better to be honest and forthcoming. Went twice here in two consecutive days to make a copy of my keys. I could see that it doesn't have the exact size and shape and believed that they know better.
