I had the best customer service experience from Selbourne . The lady at Randburg sent me to Clearwater to buy something that was discontinued. I was not aware that the stock was discontinued. Fortunately Selborune was able to assist me and managed to get one of display items ( which I really dont mind ) . He really went out of his way. Thank you so much. All the staff at Clearwater are friendly.

With the correct measurements, I was really impressed by the assessment of materials required. No oversupply and no shortages. The extra tiles supplied for contingency were refunded without a fuss.

They don’t even deserve the 1 star. I went into the shop on a weekday as I knew it would be quiet. I already seen what I wanted online so upon arriving with no help I searched what I wanted for myself. I asked a few people for help which I got told they would get back to me. Within an hour of walking around, I asked quite a lot of people for help and finally got some assistance. Certain things I wanted were out of stock. The guy that helped me didn’t seem to know much about the products in the shop and kept making calls to check with suppliers to check on availability. I wanted to go to another shop but he said he already made an invoice for me. The other things I needed I’ll have to go to another shop for it. By the way, I also felt bad for the other 3 customers in the shop that were still waiting to get seen to. I recognise the same frustration in them. P.s hire the cleaning lady to do sales. She was more friendly and efficient in helping us

The front desk was excellent. The security guard at the dispatch area tried his best to get the employees on the photo to help me, with no help from them. After I shouted that I will go and ask my money back a very helpful tall gentlemen came to help me.

I always get immediate assistance and friendly service.
