A very good customer service from Josephine, I can see on the face that there's a lot she's going through but she tried her best to stay professional. Businesses needs someone like her more especially in the retail sector. I end up spending more that I wanted because of her good moral. Well done girl.

I laybyed a bed last yr in October yesterday went I want to off my bed in order for them to deliver, they told me that the is no longer there and there is nothing they can do.My view was: if they knew about all this why didn't they communicated with me in tym and if the product was discontinued the customers must be told.....#Bara

Bad Service at westonaria branch....i bought a 4 burner gas stove in January when i connected it the gas was coming out & returned it immediately even today they r sending me from pillar to post they can't refund or give me da correct one....i wouldn't recommend any one to buy from them....the manager very useless
