I will most certainly avoid to visit this store again! Pathetic service from the agent whom assisted us after waiting in a waiting line for 1 and a half hours on the 26th October 2022!Wandisa Kakaza assisted us and sold us a mobile router after the hostess at the store advised this would be a suitable device to connect multiple devices on at home including a smart tv. Upon connecting we found the device is not suitable and took it back on the 2nd November 2022 - 7 x days after the purchase. They advised that the device is not faulty and we can not return nor exhange and pay in for a more expensive device of R1399 which I gladly would have paid in.Georgia Booysen steps in which is the store manager which was no help at all - advising that the router cant be tested because I didnt have the sim??? In a cellphone store where everyone including staff have a phone with a sim card and that was their excuse. After a wasted 1 x hour the easiest most stress relieving and the most non agitated option was to just purchase a new router for R1399 and wright off the R699 which was spent on the router their own staff suggested would work.I will not ever recommend this store - LAZY UNFRIENDLY AND NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!I will ensure my complaint gets heard right at the MDs office as this was day light roberry!

Very nice, clean store and all staff friendly and helpful. Assisted by Heidi and Georgia and after one problem, all sorted and attended to efficiently. Talking to a person face to face a much more pleasant experience.Keep up the good work Knysna

Absolutely fantastic service. Zee was truly amazing and patient and very helpful. Will recommend anyday. Packages are fantastic. In 17 years never had a problem ever. The offices are friendly and inviting. Really recommend this store

Store is clean and tidy. Someone promptly checked my temperature and followed by a sanitizer. Patrons have proper distances as required. Staff is friendly. I was greeted warmly by the person in front and Jason was very helpful. Good job, guys ! Keep it up !

I recently visited Telkom Network Shop to swap my SIM card and I was impressed by the quick and efficient service I received. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by a friendly staff member who was eager to assist me.The staff member who helped me was incredibly knowledgeable about the SIM swapping process. They took the time to explain the process to me and made sure that I understood everything before I left the store.What really stood out to me was the level of professionalism and care that the staff member provided. They made sure that my new SIM card was activated and working properly before I left the store.

They went to 10 star, dropped to zero if there was.Must be new manager. Been given wrong info.Tried to upsell.Go here if only totally necessary.Can log faults and everything online.Pick n pay next door does Rica and sells sim cards and data much quicker than they do.

I was so impressed with the new store. It is modern and dynamic. This sends a good message to the public and is excellent for staff moral. I have a longstanding association with this branch. Especially with Jason, Georgia and Mr x. I will not deal with telephone operators as I believe in personal eye to eye service. To carry on doing what you do so well. Best wishes, Bill Quail.
