In my experience, you walk into this Studio & your Soul is set free, engaged in calm, peace and Tranquillity. The participating Students become one big family from this warm, kind hearted atmosphere. Accomodates Diversity that is mind blowing. Every Student is observed & well monitored during the Exercise Session. My most exciting encounter was a speedy recovery on a Degeneration of Spinal Disc and flexibility to use my legs again. Deformation of my Lungs - therapy routine was beyond amazing.. Thank you to such a Darling Therapist - KerryLee Jesson - passionate, ethical business skills, remarkable inter-personal energy. Lots of Love.You are appreciated My Dearest Sister.

A place where you feel safe and comfortable to do your practice at your own pace and ability. No pressure, just love and letting go, being grateful and enjoying every move and breath. I always leave the studio feeling lighter and happy with life. Thanks Kerry for all your help with this stiff body that has definitely become more flexible through mindful movement.❤️

Kerri is an amazing teacher and she offers so many different styles of yoga. Classes are always awesome. Kerri goes goes way beyond the call of duty and gives 200% of herself to every class.
