Hi everyoneOk so our journey….Tech power GamingFirstly we tried a Ready Made Store but soon realised that it won’t work for what we needed to do, we then posted a “tender” on Insaka and worked for +- 12 months with a company that unfortunately could not get us to the point where we wanted to be.Then our paths crossed with Armand and Arend from Western Cloud. I have been thinking how to word this – Outstanding,,,,super,,,next level,,,,ummm, I don’t know – let me put the facts on the table:First contact with Armand: March 2022 – I then cross-examined him for 2 months before I instructed him to build our site from scratch on 6 May 2022Today is 18 July 2022…. Thank you , thank you Armand and Arend , I required a website for my self-catering cottage , I was frankly compromised when it came to social media as I didn’t have a clue about anything.They explained everything in a language I could understand, and were seriously patient with me. They did a wonderful website for me and I know they are always there for me if I mess up, which is frequently.

Appalling service from this company. It handles VoIP phones. I was informed there were three options... 1) Either to go on a contract where I rent a phone, or 2) to buy a phone from them (around R2000) and pay a nominal R50 a month service fee or 3) to buy my own phone and then pay the nominal fee of R50 via them.The following are applicable:1) I went with the third option, bought a phone on takealot for R890 which was guaranteed for working via their systems (BY THEIR SALES TEAM) and in the end turned out not to be the case.2) Their sales person Dewald made it very clear that the particular phone that I ordered was compatible with their systems. I have full transcripts of everything in writing as to what transpired3) When it was determined not to be compatible I asked for clarity as to another phone which Dewald the sales person never came back to me – in fact I had NO response from their company in weeks after my phone didnt work! I assumed at the time that the lack of response was that they were looking into it, but followed up at least 3 times to no avail.4) 2 months later I was informed that their service was active and they were charging me fees for services that were NEVER provided - I wasnt even aware the systems were active and certainly never received any legal documentation or statements or invoicesAll of the misrepresentations are as a result of their inaccuracies and misrepresentations and has got absolutely nothing to do with the fact that I did not know what I was doing or issues my side. I find it absolutely unacceptable that a company that should pride itself in customer service won't even pass a credit on R100 fees for 2 months when they know that they are guilty and it's their responsibility to advise.If they are not sure on whether a phone works don't give representations to a client to say that the phone does work. Lastly come back to the client when the client asks for a response. That is what client services is there for - the fact that I didnt even receive bills or know the account was active is absolutely unacceptable!Dear Armand. Your response that you have sent on my review totally misses the point as to what I am trying to say..... What I am trying to say to you if you read my comments carefully is that when you continue to charge (and will NOT credit the monthly fee) for a service that is not working that is when I get upset...the phone was returned already and your sales team made no effort to try and resolve issues for me... if that is how you work I have no intention of continuing my service with you guys or using you in the future as your company are entirely inflexible in terms of your approach to credit a client when something goes wrong... I would strongly suggest you take lessons in client service
