Very good queuing system but the security don’t inform you as you enter to get a ticket number then they let you sit in a line not according to your number but randomly.My number were called and literary not even a few minutes while on my way to the counter that was around the corner it was cancelled and I had to get a new ticket and wait another hour to be assisted.Also there is no supervisors or managers available you have to enquire from a security officer. Come on City you say you work for us really.

I'm very impressed with the awesome staff, today I went by to go renew my cars license, the place was full. Id say there was about 25 people seated before me, I'm very impatient, but the staff works very fast, I was basically finished with my renewal within 35 to 40 mins.Highly recommended, no need to go early in the morning, I went around 14 30

New ticketing system works really well. The department no longer has long winding queues. Just not sure how the system works though because some ticket numbers require you to wait up to 2hrs whilst you watch newbies come in and get service right away.On a good day, the consultants are very helpful and efficient at what they do. However, they can be rude in an instant and it's shocking to watch e.g. sending away people for trivial issues like having their ticket number called and them not responding immediately.I have visited the dpt 3 times in one week to register a vehicle. I had a missing document in the first visit, then another (completely new and not requested the 1st time) on the 2nd visit. On my 3rd, it was missing information on docs that have been there since the first visit.It's as if getting to the next client is more important than completing service to the client in front of them.Is it too hard to put enough information that is specific to your requirements out there?The queues get long because of this back and forth.

It took me 3 minutes to renew my license, would have been 2 minutes but I didn't know about the ticket machine at the entrance. Best to go late afternoon.

I was here 2 weeks ago. I was not aware of the time it closes and arrived at 1128am. I was told I was at the incorrect entrance and had to walk around the building. When I arrived at the other entrance I was told it was closed already as it was 1132am. I asked to walk through the building as I was parked on the other side, which they allowed and I saw no one inside and all the windows closed. I came back today and have been in the line since 830am, just to be told at 1030am that they are closing the line. This is ridiculous standing for 2 hours and just to be turned away at the gate.

Amazing experience here last week. New number system worked well for me I was in and out within 10 minutes, with renewed car license. Well done Plumstead municipal offices.

Arrived at 8:05 for vehicle license disk renewal. I was out at 8:25. They never disappoint

I'm so impressed with the new ticket system. I've been there three times last week for different reasons from vehicle registration to licence renewals and every time it took no more than 15mins. This was at different times on different days.

Excellent and exceptional service. They have a new system. Number system. You get a number. You can sit for an half an hour or you can take a walk for a half an hour. You will still be infront of tour queue.
