Kept me updated of the shipping process status, until it was finally received by courier.Simplicity of site and the additional detail of products is a welcome change. Some don't provide enough detail on a product and it sometimes makes me look elsewhere.

I ordered/purchased my Redmi note phone through Technomobi; only waited 1 week to have my phone delivered. Communication was effective and clear with regular updates. My phone arrived beautifully wrapped.

A great shopping experience. they were priced well. The technical team was available on the multiple occasions I called to get info on an item. they even called me back when they missed my call and were knowledgeable and very helpful. Payments was seamless and I received delivery updates throughout. The package was wrapped in gold wrapping paper with a black ribbon and had a personalised thank you note. It felt like dealing with a person instead of a company.

So thoughtful!! Not only received my product within a week of ordering online and with a very friendly courier service, but to go the extra mile of gift-wrapping, writing a thank you card and giving a free hot chocolate on such a small purchase must be commended! 10/10 would recommend Technomobi.

In the beginning when I first purchased my phone from here I was very satisfied but then the phone began giving problems and after repairs it was fine and now again it doesn't work properly, the consultant was very rude has attitude and wants to charge me for courier ,do not buy an electronic device from them because if something is wrong it's very difficult to have it sorted out.I sent my product in for repairs the consultant Robin was very rude and had attitude to give updates. It took 2 weeks to be repaired after a lot of hassle. My recommendation is to not buy a device from them it may seem cheaper than other places, but you end up having more problems. Their devices, especially the A12, gave me so much trouble, and someone who bought the same device from another company doesn't have this problem.

These guys are one of the best in the e-commerce business.I've been a customer since 2018 when they were the only ones that could easily assist me with getting the original Samsung rugged case for the Note 9 using the voucher Samsung gave to all the people who pre-ordered. Package was delivered with a lovely hand written note, from then on I have always rated Technomobi very highly.
