I had to wait 29 minutes outside due to their incompetence without an explanation at the Mthatha Circus Triangle debonairs. 5 customers left after standing outside since 9am. I had to wait an additional 3 minutes at the till while the cashier was shuffling receipts before my order could be taken. Honestly this experience is disheartening in the morning especially when you woke up craving some good pizza.
