The support from Vizia was exceptional. My UPS stopped working after just 2 years of use. I logged a technical support issue with Vizia and within a week, a new replacement unit was couriered to me. Now that's what I call service.

I bought a Vizia mini UPS last year July and it was not working properly so I took it back to the place I bought it from. I was not happy with their response. I was told that the process to check the unit and repair or replace will take 21 days.The same day I contacted Vizia. The next day I was informed that the unit will be replaced and the following day I received a new unit.Thank you so much Vizia support team. Great service, keep up the wonderful work that you are doing.

My charger for my power supply stopped charging, I sent an email to the support team late on Wednesday where I was asked a couple of questions to determine the problem, and by Friday morning I got an email to arrange for a replacement charger to be couriered to me - FREE OF CHARGE, I just had to pay for the courier. I rarely experience service that can be done and resolved via email, hassle free. Was a great experience to receive good customer service and also created confidence in the brand!

Top notch company that knows how to keep clients happy. With loadshedding being ramped up so badly my 1 year 6 month old VIZ12B 57000 stopped holding charge which is expected; I contacted Vizia and got a replacement for a super cheap discounted price, shipped the same day. I'm beyond satisfied with the prompt delivery and their customer service. Thank you so much.

By far the best after sales support I have ever experienced. At first I didn't have the required plug for the unit, and one was sent to me at no extra charge, then after about 8 months there was a problem recharging the unit, and I was sent a replacement as soon as I returned the unit- no arguments, no delays. Well done Vizia Tech. Amazing attitude to your customers.

Incredible support by Vizia. I recently bought one of the ups's, and it worked great, but for some reason it stopped working. I wasn't sure if it could be fixed or would be replaced. I emailed the vizia support and they advised me on how to use it properly to extend its lifespan, and they immediately dispatched a replacement ups for me. Amazing service. I only needed to pay for the courier fee.

Should be 10 stars rating! Outstanding service by Vizia Tech Support. Purchased a UPS from Takealot. Received it defective and returned the same package to Takealot. Takealot misplaced the supporting cables and refused to replace the UPS and returned it to me. I contacted Vizia and was contacted by Blake. He requested me to courier the defective product. He assisted in checking the UPS and was found to be defective in the 24V output port. It was promptly replaced and couriered within 3 hours after receipt of my defective product. This support in 200% above the norm and indicates that the team at Vizia is standing behind their product in after sales service. Greatly appreciated.

The best service I have ever encountered with a business. I did an enquiry about replacing the battery pack on the Vizia Router backup. For no reason at all they decided to replace the whole unit. Totally unexpected. Out of the blue. So this goes beyond excellent service, I actually don't know what to call it. If it is a marketing thing, then I can just say, it worked and, thank you for choosing me. The electricity struggles is costing this country's citizens and businesses a lot of money and your kind act is really much appreciated. Thank you.
