They are amazing. I always get assisted by a gentleman called Ntando Ndabeni who is the Customer Liaison. He is professional, proficient, friendly and consistently gives feedback. I will not go anywhere with my Mercedes Benz if not Carello Auto.

Thank you Carello Auto for fixing my car.After having the worst experience ever with Renew it Randburg, Carello agreed to take my car in and fix the mess up that Renew It made. Not only did they fix the issues (my car looks brand new) but they kept in contact with me every step of the way (Thanks to Ntando for that) The overall professionalism and quality of service was impeccable and couldn’t be more grateful!Thank you to Stephen for making sure everything went smoothly and all faults were attended too!

These guys are simply the best body shop Iv ever been to. Their attention to detail is like none other. They go out of their way to achieve perfection. Iv used them twice now and on both occasions they far exceeded expectations. Ntando is a gem of a guy and always keeps u updated. I wouldn’t use anyone else to look after any of my vehicles

My car has been repaired at Carello Auto twice and the quality of the repairs was great both time! They were also willing to take my car back in for any unsatisfactory repairs without any additional admin. Ntando and the team definitely went the extra mile to ensure I was happy!My only negative feedback would be that the communication through the repairs could be improved (e.g. call backs), especially since I did not have my car for 2 weeks, otherwise I was very happy with everything else!
