Saturday(03 September 2022)I went to Goldwagen Montana .When I arrived I asked the salesman to check for me Distributor Cap and rotor for BMW 318i m40 engine he checked then he said they dont have in stock ,I asked him if he can order it he said that wont be possible. I went back to my car and called Goldwagen Pretoria North to check if they have in stock luckily the phone was answered by a sales man who knows what he's doing he told that the distributor cap I can get it at Montana Goldwagen.I told him that I'm at Montana Goldwagen they said they dont have it ,he gave me a part number and told me to give it to a different salesmen in the store .I did as I was I told then the salesman at montana checked and said they have in stock then I bought it .So it seems like the first salesman doesnt know what he's doing because it's for the second time that guy tells me that he doesnt have stock for a certain part whilst other branches send me to this Goldwagen at montana .its really disappointing because I travel all the way from KwaMhlanga (Mpumalanga) just to be played around. I would like to thank the second salesman who assisted me quickly after he realised that I was experiencing a problem with the other guy and also the salemen who gave me the part number from Pretoria north Goldwagen.I will more likely visit Goldwagen Montana and Goldwagen Pretoria north ,but provided that I'll have to make a research online and find part number first because it seems like engine type or Vin number no longer work

I went there with a sample dashboard globe for a Renault. The young guy behind the salespoint started laughing when he saw the part. I asked why you were laughing. He replied that they only sell VW globes, but he will have a look on the system.Up to this point, all was ok, but what I left out was the following:He was eating some stuff out of a Tupperware container. There was this shining fatty stuff around his mouth and crumbs all over the place.He did not stop eating whilst talking to me and was more interested in what his colleagues were talking about. I took my sample out of his food soiled hand and left telling him that it was not right what he was doing.Cheers to Goldwagen. I dont need your crumbs.

Best service ever

Rude AF. We went to buy headlights for the car and when it was time to pay,(R30), they said they only take cash. Took out a R100 note and they gave us nasty looks. Prior to that they asked us if we had R30 because they do have change. The way they asked us sounded like it was OUR problem that we didn't have any spare change. Never coming here again.

I emailed them to get a quote but they did not reply. Appearently the admin people were not in and it was not given to the sales people to give a quote. When purchasing my order they forgot to add a fuel filter for my service.

Your markup is way too high.Managed to get the parts 23% cheaper.The internet is a beautiful thing.
