Taryn Bortz is an excellent dietician, always showing care, compassion and kindness. She has helped guide me tremendously on working towards creating a healthy lifestyle and a holistic approach to nutrition. She has gone over and above what I expected a dietician to provide. She is really invested in her clients and her passion for promoting wellness and sustainable nutrition is inspiring!Since working with Taryn I have not only lost weight (dropped two dress sizes) but gained my self confidence back. I went to Taryn with my fiancé for her to assist us in eating more healthily and address some of my fiance's food intolerances. She has been really great to work with and has taught us so much about food and a balanced diet, as well as put together a meal plan for each of us, taking all dietary restrictions into account and suggesting easy meals that we can make after work in the week. She also suggested healthier alternatives to some of our favourite treats and ensured that the meal plan is varied and enjoyable.
