Shop is supposed to open at 7.30. The manager arrives at 7.38 and sits in his car until I approached him to open the gate. I explained that I have a puncture and I need to plug my tyre. He says there is load shedding from 8-10 so they can't do any work. Since when do you need lights to change a tyre? Poor customer service.
