Department closed on 14/10/2022 due to no water. People with appointments to renew drivers license summarily turned away rudely. Others coming to collect licenses also turned away. Total chaos!! However those coming with driving schools are allowed through the gates??? Not one person thinks to contact the people with appointments to not come. Its a joke!

Impossible to get hold of them. I have phoned 20+ times, sent multiple emails, etc. - I am trying to pay a fine, obviously they don't need the money...

Disable parking was block by a nother car when I ask offersers he said I have to move or get a fine but nothing is done about the other car nobody is doing nothing about even by the trafic people standing talking and not doing there work at 10 oclock in the morning there were 8 of them

Shocking. One hour of offline" which is a bonus...could be days. Then nobody to assustcwith simple questions as to the process. Be prepared to spend hours at this department"

My friend went for her license today with the most inappropriate and rude driver (Betty), the woman had such a bad attitude toward her and was on the phone while my friend took the test ? How can she be the person to fail or pass you but she's on her phone and can't even have a bit of respect, she pathetic and should get fired. The best of all is my friend had to wait 2 hours to actually get her license papers because this Betty was so childish she didn't tell my friend to go to the office and get put on the system.

I just went to collect my licence. The woman pointed at my paperwork with no greeting. She fetched something and said “sign “ and “sign” indicating two spots on a paper , and after I had signed, handed me my licence.I repressed my urge to thank her, and left.Of this my daughter said: “Just image how it must be to WANT to be so nasty.You get to move on, she doesn’t”. And I agree.
