My partner placed an our a year ago, literally in September 2019 and still no response from them... All she gets now is that Covid is tempering with their plans whilst she bought it way before the lockdown.

Worst service ever. The consultants are very rude, I received countless smses stating I should pay more money.I have placed my order in June, it’s now November and I’m still getting payment smses and my order is still not processed.The worst purchase I have ever made..To think it was my first purchase.I wouldn’t recommend it anyone.

Worst service, order's take time, they say 4 to 6 weeks but I've been waiting for the 8th week now and nothing. Always having poor service, my 1st order too 4 months, ordered Lydia that was on promotion on sep, received it the following year on February, ordered blankets 2 different on June, they gave me one colour. Presles service is horrible, with rude call centre agent's when u want to cancel the order. U not being updated about your order even when they know it's more than 2 month's.
