I called the company a little while ago to speak to one of the HR members or a training officer and the receptionist was extremely rude and put the phone down while I spoke to her. I called back to the accounts department and the call was redirected to the receptionist and again she rudely put the phone down. How does such a big company have such incompetent people working for them. Sad to imagine how many good opportunities are lost because of the receptionist.
