My experience using this company was absolutely amazing. I found this service provider on gumtree. Called for a quote, Frank came out to my home the following day. I received my quote via Whattsapp, i then made arrangements to have my paved driveway compacted and repaved. The team was punctual and completed the project within 2 days. I will be utilizing this company and team for all my future projects. 04/02/2023

I made contact with Frank, who is the owner of the business and he was very professional in the beginning. They completed the work on my driveway in the time he said they would, but the work done was not up to standard. Burcivals did not make use of the roller, which was quoted for, the work is very untidy and they caused damage to my gate rail as well as the gate wheels, which cost me extra money to sort put, as I had to get a gate contractor to come out to my property to remove the old wheels, replace with new wheels and hadcto adjust the gate. Frank did come out to clean the gate rail, but the damage was already done, hence had to get it sorted myself. Frank has since ignored my calls and messages, which is rather upsetting and just puts a sour taste in one's mouth. It's sad that we as customers gotta go through things like this. If Frank would just be a gentleman and come see me, would make a world of difference. Business is tough as it is and I would think if people were honest, it does make a huge difference.
