It was an absolutely disgusting and disappointing experience. The cashier was rude to nothing I have ever experienced. She snapped at me clicked her tongue never smiled and just complained as if she was doing me some sort of favour. She even charged for a paxi bag that was too big but insisted I needed a xl bag to send two items. I even apologized as if I had done something wrong. Pep store Retail should really not replace their once lovely staff with people who really hate their jobs. Honestly I will not recommend this branch at all.

In a que of 11 people at the tills and only two staff members in attendance, 11 people at 1.5 meters apart so it seems a very long que and with merchandise all around in the isles and people constantly walking past you or right around you I felt social distancing was not kept adequately.

You should train the staff for sending packages. You let my mom pay for the more expensive delivery time without telling her the options! Seriously, plain and simple customer service.
