Matthew was awesome, Didnt end up doing business in the end but he was very helpful and thorough in his replies and did not leave me without an answer. Definitely cares about his customers, and lets you know any pre-facing issues in detail. To some it may seem like common practice, but it really isnt. Highly recommend.

Long time customer. In this circumstance Matt diagnosed over the phone warped discs due to thermal shock. Discs and pads delivered to W.A. in 2 days and the issue is sorted. Thanks again Matt..
