I received great service from Mark and really appreciate the amazing follow up service and on going assistance he has offered. Without hesitation I recommend this company to everyone I know in the music world. I was so worried that my piano was too far gone after the movers dropped her. Mark offers an outstanding and professional service. He attends to issues and messages promptly and schedules appointments at the clients convenience. He plays the piano himself so is aware of the importance of having a piano regularly tuned especially in pre-exam season.
