Mistakes happen in every business. normally you apologise and try to find a way to fix the problem with the customer in mind. This establishment runs on a different philosophy however. in a nutshell, if you need something done on a budget consider them but expect that the workmanship is going to be average at best and the customer service from the staff is also going to be POOR. i am really disappointed with this place on a number of levels.

Worst service ever! Saw on their website loads of adorable personalized gifts. Got there they only do printing on cups! No more snowglobes(yet I emailed yesterday to get the price) no slingbag prints,no bracelet,no clocks,no puzzles NOTHING JUST CUPS! And when ask I want to print a cup one sits at the computer other is on his phone ....later they realize im waiting then they start on my cup. Horrible service please dont use this place!
