I would just like to say how disappointed me and my wife was with our purchase of a house in Parow. Our agent, as I won't mention names, did nothing for us as the buyers. Was all about the sale to him. We have faulty electrical issues. The stove trips the electric board every time we use it. Make shift leads are running out from the house and entering in the other side. Place was left filthy when we moved in. The garage door and entrance gates were broken... And the list goes on. Try and contest any of these issues, they'll show you they don't care by making it your word against their word.I don't recommend this company at all. Left a bad taste in my mouth with our first home purchase.
