Extremely disgusted with the service and staff. Blatantly disrespectful and threw food in the bags and thought it was funny. Repeatedly asked for the manager and acted like they couldn't hear.

#HORRIBLESERVICE #WORSTKFCEVER #POORSERVICEThis is the WORST KFC I have ever attended.I placed an order at the drive-thru where i was told to wait about 8 minutes for my zinger order. Which I had no issue doing.10 minutes passed, 15 minutes passed and then 20 minutes passed. I then proceeded to enter the store to find out what the issue might have been.I receive no service whatsoever until 5 minutes later when I decided to voice my issue out loud, I was then told I would need to wait another 10 minutes as the zinger fillets were not even prepared as of yet. I then asked to rather have a full refund of my funds to which I then had to wait another 15 minutes to actually get my money at the till.I am DISGUSTED with this service and will indefinitely advise all my friends/family members aswell as colleagues to never visit this store

One of the most consistent KFC's we've come accross. If you're a regular you'll find that 9 out 10 times their quality is great! Most of the bad reviews might be those 1 out of 10 times they arent, which in my opinion is not a fair assessment. Keep up the good work team!

Pathetic is'nt the correct word. Waited for 20mins for wings. Got my food. Drove to work and upon opening my food, no wings, no chicken and chips ice cold. Worst service ever. KFC voorbaai will never ever see me again. The worst service by far.
