AVOID THIS ESTABLISHMENT AT ALL COST. Minutes after collecting my dog from my house they called me in hysteria as they let him escape the car and ran off. Somehow they managed to retrieve him and when they dropped him off again with an unsatisfactory groom, he had a clear limp and was terrified of the two women. The unprofessionalism of not having a proper transport system (just put him in the back of their car), having seriously hurt him and then unwillingness of telling me how he got hurt is astounding. I am seriously considering legal action.
