I recently bought Heavy duty sliders and was having a problem with two of them and upon queuing what might be the problem I received the most unbelievably good after sales service not only did they offer technical backup but drove all the way out to my residence to see for them selves and sort out the problem. Very good and informative website, and I called them before I was going to do a visit to them in case of any trading time or site visiting rule updates due to covid-19. The information I received from the sales team was very helpful and technically informative. When I visited the showroom in Jhb I saw some of the products on display and the salesman was very helpful, and he was clear on the fine details about the product and how to install it myself and what I should look out for to avoid any damage to the product (Heavy Duty Drawer Slides - for use with a delivery van storage drawer build) during my DIY build and installing this item.When you arrive at the showroom, you hoot for the staff to open the gate as seen in my picture on the right. The location on Google maps are correct.Unfortunately when I was ready to buy the product, I tried to call and I arrived at the premises on my second visit at 4:20pm on a Wednesday afternoon and the phone was already diverted to the voice answering system and they were already closed earlier than the 4:30pm closing time seen on their website. I know I only need about 10 minutes to get my order done because I already know what I need. I'll try to visit again though for the sake of the previous experience I had with them.

The designer had messed up the spec on a particular glass display cabinet they'd brought to me . Furnlock demonstrated this and adviced accordingly. So, yeah! A good product & industry knowledge makes Furnlock the ideal GO TO" guy for locks etc."

They are very friendly and gave us a quote very quickly. The prices are comfortable to afford and better than other places. Some prices are half of what we would have paid somewhere else.
