Bought food from this place more then once and always the food is warm, fresh and exactly the way that I requested it to be, never had any problems where the food is short or stale, great service keep it up guys!

Excellent customer service, fast and friendlyThe food was amazing, had the double burgers and everything was rationed so perfectly so it didn't break apart or anything like most restuarants do by over flooding it with sauce, the restuarant is very clean and has alot of seating place. nice area and alot of shopping places around

Highly disappointed bought food at 17:21 got my order around 18:05 while I was told it was gonna take 20min worse part there’s a lady called Agnes who was very rude had an attitude, kept on talking to her employees that she doesn’t deal with meat, not bothered at all every customer complained about her attitude, tried advising her that she should treat customers well she just looked away and ignored me, it’s really sad to experience such..Got home the viva sprinkle chicken wasn’t that sprinkling at all.. thanks for ruining my dinner after the wait..

The quality of food prepared at the Pretoria West Kwagga Pedro's is beyond ridiculous.. This is not my 1st time purchasing.. The chicken has been boiled and sauce was just thrown over.. When you sit in to eat and tell them how to prepare than they do it.. But when it's a take out thrg have this don't care attitude because I guarantee you a hundred percent they will not eat that food themselves yet you serving this to customers. Where is the supervisor to see that the chicken is flamed grilled and not being served boiled.. And I have photos and my slip as evidence..

The women who serve food at Pedro's Pretoria west gave absolute trash services tonight. They will treat you as if they're buying you the food you forked out your own money to spend on the food. I repeatedly presented my slip to a lady by the name Balena" to a point that she started ignoring me

Food arrived quite fast after placing an order.The staff are all friendly and efficient. Excellent service skills. Food tasted great. Overall was a great experience and deserves the 5 stars.
