The vehicle being delivered to us this morning is the worst I have ever experienced. No decent clean-up on it was done. I cannot believe that a well established company like Avis send vehicles out in such a condition. The operations manager handled the complaint unprofessionally. Instead of apologising, she blamed me for not being able to send the vehicle back. What is happening?? I thought business is tight at the moment, but it is very clear Avis is definitely not in need of business. Not even their operations manager is prepared to be accountable. Very disappointed. A.Voges
