Flight Centre Brooklyn Mall

I am not happy with the service at flight Centre in Brooklyn and the treatment I got from the staff I kept on calling for feedback no one takes responsibility to assist and do follow up I'm so disappointed I will not use the agency or recommend it to anyone

I have trusted Flight Centre Brooklyn Mall for the past five years and they have repeatedly afforded me the most relaxed and well organised travel experience. Most recently, during a super duper relaxing holiday in Phuket, a small hurdle made an appearance, but knowing that Deviksha is a single message away, I simply let her know and she sorted everything out for us. I alway used to think that it is worth it to save a little and plan all my trips myself, Tamsyn and her team have convinced me that it will always be worth it to make use of their effective and professional service. I am eager to plan my next trip and know that Flight Centre Brooklyn Mall is more than a bunch of travel agents, but my travel family. I'll be in touch for the next trip ;)

Liezl was so helpful, friendly and understanding. She helped us steer through travel bans. So grateful.
