eXITe went over and beyond the extra mile to help me source and prepare a surprise gift of a new laptop for my mother for her 70th! The attention to detail, professionalism and heart that they put into this to make it extra special was more than anyone could reasonably expect - they were amazing! Not only were they part of the surprise, they made sure those small things that can trip you up with a new laptop was taken care of before she left. The ultimately plug and play experience! My whole experience has been fantastic and I cannot recommend them highly enough.

My laptop was very slow and the team at eXITe suggest that we change the drive with a SSD card, well my previous laptop the drive was changed (another repairer) and the result was not satisfactory. I am very happy with the results and enjoying working on my laptop. Very friendly and helpful staff, you are always kept in the loop regarding the progress on your repair. Will recommend eXITe to friend and family.

I recently used eXITe Computers and I was highly impressed. Ruben and his team were extremely professional and efficient. They took all the necessary covid-19 precautions . Their customer service is excellent. Their technicians are knowledgeable and helpful and all their stuff is polite and friendly. I highly recommend using eXITe Computers and will definitely be using them again. All in all they were prompt, polite, proficient and professional and fixed my laptop first time around. i recently had a problem with our inverter/battery system purchased from Exite Computers.Their technicians were prompt in removing the system from our home and after having it tested at their workshops, reported our batteries to be faulty.They sent the batteries away and within less than two weeks contacted me to report that their supplier had replaced the batteries.The service I received from the Exite Computor's team was nothing short of excellent and very professional, a rare commodity in this day and age.I would highly recommend this Company and extend our appreciation to their team.Sincerely,K.L.
