What a pleasurable experience it was dealing with Ian.He is very professional, punctual, and super friendly.Apart from being a very relatable person he is amazing with animals, we have two very difficult rescues and he treated them with so much care and respect, even said Sorry" when the smallest one gave a little whelp of shock.I would 10/10 recommend his services.Get your animals chipped
