I would not recommend Tracker.I have been with tracker SA for 5 years and only experienced problems when I needed to cancel my contract because I sold my car. I emailed them on the 25 February in order to cancel my policy. They claimed that they never received my email. I forwarded the email and they said the email does not belong to them. Yet I received an email from them. The email in question is ***********. I spoke to *********** at tracker today and she informed me that I had to call and cancel. However I did, I was on hold for 13 minutes! I even when to their office in Bloemfontein and we were on hold for more than 10 minutes again. Finally I was assisted by the secretary's supervisor and we got through. That's how I was able to talk to one of their customer care people. They handed me over to their lawyers, but they can't keep track of their email. Even if you have proof. I emailed the lady a print screen of the email I received from them, I'm waiting for her response. A tracker is a good thing to have in a vehicle, however I would not recommend tracker, that's only my personal experience. Life is hard as it is, these companies are suppose to make things easier for you, yet they cause you more headache.

The most pathetic app you can find for my i phone. And dont try to get them to fix it Trackers after sale service is horrible.....Please use another tracking company.Ive got 12 units installed if I could take them out yesterday I would ........
