Christine is very unprofessional- bad service,She did not arrange a time ahead and just arrived when i was not at homeI paid for the service which has not been done, do not use their service at all!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I had requested for a deep cleaning service for my apartment which is at northern views, Elarduspark the cleaning was not done thoroughly for the value of money paid. It was not a deep clean that was done but casual cleaning…shower was still left with spots, oven was still left with grease, and windows not cleaned properly. So I wouldn’t recommend for anyone to use these service. Really wasn’t satisfied at all. The least she could have done is come and re-clean since it was raised with her that cleaning was not satisfactory. Or refund part of the money paid but noooo excuses excuses excuses that’s all we got for answers… if there was an option of 0 I would definitely rate these company 0/5 they don’t even deserve a 1 for the service they offered.

Uiters professionele diens, baie noulettend op hulle werk, wys ook graag aan kliënte uit waar probleem areas is bv. Insekte, rotte, vismotte en waar insekte matte vreet pest control" is van hoë standaard

Ek sal Universal Cleaning vir almal aanbeveel. Hulle diens is uitstekend en my meubels is ongelooflik skoon!!!! Baie dankie Universal cleaning!!
