Did my RAF with them.when it comes to payday or paying out my funds i had to send Chantelle bank confirmation letters 3 times.delayed my payment for 4 weeks.finally they got the email.if you dont follow up with them you will wait for ever.

I was apparently booked an appointment to see a specialist in Morningside around Johannesburg,was dropped of the driver who picked me up from home...and they forgot to pick me up later...all the offices around the complex I attended the session closed.i was left stranded and had to spend the night on a chair,in the security booth after the generous help of the security officer who was on duty that day...the next morning the office of the specialist I attended opened,I explained my situation to them.They made calls to the law firm,a driver was sent to pick me up got to the company.They apologized and offered a some coins of about R70 and I was dropped of at home...then came the last day at high court...I was verbally to the agreement amount paid out was R330 000 OF WHICH R315 000 is for my future medical health issues.R15 000 was then paid out and 25% of their services deducted...and a cheque of R10 750 I sign for at their office.today I have plate and screws on my right distal fibula and everyday body pains and the trauma of the service i got from the above mentioned law firm...
