The staff is very incompetent of serving the customer. Because they jump from one client to the other with completing with the current client. Don't even think that they are worthy or even deserve a 1/4 star

The staff don't acknowledge the customer, and they are not easy to recognise on the floor. They also don't represent the Truworths brand very well. Some of them are on their phones while customers need attention on the floor.

Nice clothes but you need more staff at your tills. Apparently loadshedding is impacting systems and it's taking 5 mins to load one item to purchase. :S

We were there at Wednesday and came all the way there for nothing. Only to find a notice on the door reading closed for stock take. I expressed my disappointment to the manager saying they could atleast inform their customers via broadcast mesaage of the stock take as the shop was completely closed down for that day. The manager had a rude attitude with me and said that Truworths do not have to inform anybody and should I have further complaints I should call customer service Centre. This was very unprofessional behaviour of her.
