Absolute Pets The Wedge
Highly recommended for grooming. Today I decided to try them out and definitely will continue going there. Took my beloved Yorkie and she is looking beautiful and very chuffed with herself. Thabogo did such a great job with styling" her fringe. Plus at a better price than her usual groomer."

Absolute Pets The Wedge
Waited outside the shop from 8:45 till 9:15 but it was closed. Says it should open at 8:00. Originally gave 1 star but increased to 3 stars as owner responded. I'm still dissapointed as I always struggle to get the stock I want. I have reverted to rather ordering from their online store.

Absolute Pets The Wedge
Absolute worst experience ever. I have been to almost all of the absolute pet stores in Gauteng, the one at the wedge has to be the worst service I have received from any store. I did an online order, it was delayed and I needed it by the stipulated time because I was travelling out of province. I emailed the store everyday they had not responded even once. I went in store to see if I could get feedback, the lady knew exactly what I was there for and my products was kept on the counter ( apparently for some time) because they did not have stock on one item, instead of responding to me and letting me know this they hadn’t hold me anything . I choose 2 different , out of the 4 items that was order( same size) this is where the very confusing part comes in. Online the prices are cheaper than In store ( I did not purchase anything on special to clarify) the lady decided to charge me extra because I took two others, of which they did not have stock of) mind you these two items that I took are the same as the ones I ordered and already paid for online. I will attach photos and proof of this. The lady did not care to explain any further. I am extremely dissatisfied and unhappy with the services, this is a new branch and we should always do what we can despite it being a new or old branch.
