Hubble Lithium

My Lithium batteries were purchased from an electrical supply outlet. When setting it up the one battery read 13 volts and the other 9.2 volts which resulted in the 24 volt inverter not functioning. It was returned to the electrical retailer and after a long period they maintain that Hubble has not yet warranted the faulty battery. So, to be honest I am not sure where the tardy service is...the electrician, the electrical outlet or Hubble! Also, Hubble Cape Town is listed as a battery manufacturer....I didn’t know these batteries were manufactured locally. Perhaps the description of the supplier is incorrect. Interested to know. These batteries may well have been sourced elsewhere in SA. In which case I'll gladly withdraw my rating.

I sent Hubble Lithium support an email and they replied early the next morning, They provided me with everything to upgrade my batteries firmware and were very helpful during the whole process.Well done Hubble team and specially Jason who assisted me in the process.

Pathetic service!! One of my batteries which is less than 1 year old broke down. It has been almost a month now with no feedback and i am still waiting for my battery. Totally unprofessional and unacceptable!!

The worst customer service I've experienced in a long time, and that's saying something. I had issues with an inverter/battery setup which had 2 Hubble S120 batteries in it. I emailed them detailing the issue and support emailed me back quickly, suggesting what they thought the issue was and that I should bring it in (turned out to be a different problem anyway). Good service thus far. I was told it would take 4 - 6 working days. It's close on 3 weeks now, and during this period I had no actual updates. I called multiple times and all I was told is that I'd be SMS'd an update. The only 2 SMSs I got in this period was one saying it's in progress, the other was 2 weeks in saying it was 'complete'. We called a few days later to confirm we can collect, then were told they were waiting for a part. Odd considering we were updated to say it was complete and ready for collection. Then another phone call later and we're told it's being tested. Stories and more stories. And a faulty battery to boot which started this whole thing. Really disappointing and amazed how bad the whole handling of this was.

I've had 4 AM2 batteries replaced in 6 months. Emailing support is slow and they dont answer straight forward questions.The RIOT Cloudlink device is stuck in the dark ages and the promised firmware update is never available. The online portal is full of bugs and inconsistencies across the themes, including the v4" which recently replaced v3. Even details about their own branded batteries are lacking on the portal.In the 8 months I've had the products
