I would like to give kudos to Brolink Claims Handler (Lindiwe Kambule) for a swift, painless claims process.On 27.04.23 our car was crashed into at a robot intersection, the car towing experience was quick, the assessor was appointed the next day and within a week an assessment report was made available to us.Unfortunately, the car was a write off - The settling of the bank was swift as well. In a nutshell the entire claims process was efficient and completed within 11 working days.Well done Lindiwe, well done Brolink and thank you Hollard for honoring your underwriting promise.

WORST service provider ever. Logged a claim in July 2022, was assigned a panel beater, took my car in, for the panel beater to call me the following day to collect my car because they don't have parts. Asked for an alternative panel beater was told there'll be handling fee- for their incompetence. Not even a status update while waiting. Its now Jan 2023 and my car is still NOT fixed

I HAVE SUBMITTED A CLAIM VIA EMAIL 2 DAYS AGO TO THIS COMPANY. YOU CAN CALL AND EMAIL UNTIL YOU BLUE IN THE FACE AND ALL THEY DO KEEP YOU ON HOLD AND SAY THEY WILL GET BACK TO YOU. NO COMMUNICATION WHAT SO EVER!

Brolink is by the most unprofessional insurance I've come across. They allow their clients to harass & coerce funds that aren't accounted for in the form of documentation stipulating liability & compensation.Instead I've been contacting their legal representative whose forever changing. I've communicated several times how their client is endangering our safety by making gruesome threats about hurting my family for a payout of cash for the accident. Bare in mind this accident unfortunately occurred last year December (07/12/22) and today no one has called to resolve the matter until I took it upon myself to contact Brolink who has not followed up with my grievances nor have they contained their client from harassing us for hard cash, leading us to get a protection order against the individual. Quiet frankly I do not trust how this company operates and strongly advice people to be cautious when dealing with them. I'm highly disappointed that I have to fear for my families safety because Brolink failed to resolve this matter amicably.

The worst claims Handlers, shocking contractors, poor customer service ,and bunch or liers they rejected my claim with out doing a proper assessment Elsa ,Runjay ,Vanessa are all just as uselessFine projects should be fired from you list of service providersI requested several call backs I am still waiting

My claim was adressed 3 weeks after the fact and was rejected due to leaves obstructing the water flow causing my roof to leak during a hail storm.I however see based on the reviews issued, that seems a common trend.Pathetic excuses.

Terrible service ! The manger Sanette has terrible service, the team under her is nothing less than pathetic. Poor customer service! Rude, pathetic and puts the phone down in your face. I do not recommend going with them and I will be canceling my policies with them, after this experience.

They debited my account incorrectly. It was extremely hard to get onto anyone to resolve the issue. Despite them telling me that I would have an explanation by COB, two working days passed and I have heard nothing.

Constantly had to phone them back to follow up on a simple claim that took over a week to come to a conclusion about a simple gate motor. I don't want to know what it will be like when I need to claim for something bigger...

Logged a claim due to a roof leak that was caused by the heavy hail storm which left the ceiling inside the house completely damaged . Brolink states that the claim will be partially rejected and that they will not fix the damage but they will only paint the stains on the roof only. Mind you the roof was fully maintained and water proofed I sent the invoice and images that the roof was fixed early Feb. Money is deducted every month no issues at all but when you are logging claims it’s an issue as a homeowner I wouldn’t recommend them. Very disappointed will be cancelling my policy with them as they are not helpful at all. Sent before and after images and an invoice stating that the roof was maintained.
