I couldn’t have received more efficient, polite, friendly service anywhere else Murray is a star.

After they forcefully worked on my vehicle without a formal agreement apart from an understanding of price and me leaving it with them with the understanding that they were going to send me a quotation (with Ts&Cs) and a requirement of 50% deposit, now they have failed to send me a copy of invoice and pictures of what work they did despite promises and a follow up on my side. One advice from is that, never leave your vehicle with them even if it is for a reason that they will quickly send you a quotation and you have to pay a deposit first or thinking that if then you're happy with the quotation then there won't be a need to drive around needlessly. Keep your vehicle until you are sure you want them to work on your vehicle. They shouted at me and intimidated me.

Murray who was responsible for the repair of my vehicle is a nice and friendly youngman. The service was excellent. The vehicle was ready within the promised period, washed and waxed.The missing star to 5 is for releasing the vehicle with dirty front foot well carpets ☹for which he apologized when I brought this omission to his attention
