PostLink Cedar Square is out scamming people. Their costing is inconsistent, all these months I have been paying R75 for printing of a calendar, today I’m charged double the price with an explanation only they can understand.I sent them a email around 10:00am with calendars to print and they responded to me claiming I did not pay for my last order, causing me all the admin to search for payment transactions I paid instore. There is some attitude problem that I don’t know where it comes from, I had to send them the proof that I paid which clearly is what has made them grumpy to charge me double. I arrived at the store around 13:30 to collect and the lady there wanted me to go back saying she will email me when the prints are ready she has a lot of work to do.I hate being scammed for my hard earned money, I really do. Their printing is also so very tacky, as they claim they can’t work with trim and bleed marks - just shocking.The ladies there have the biggest attitude period and this experience is all so upsetting and I will never use this shop nor this brand again.

Super slow service. Not enough staff. Only one lady on duty.

Suppose to open at 8, but all the staff casually inform customers that they are only opening at 9. Why not update the business hours on the doors. Many angry customers.

Thank you Joshua for going the extra mile when all other printing facilities refused to assist us with the custom printing of a canvas for our baby room. Excellent customer service! I highly recommend this place for all your printing needs!
