Poor service my fathers Amarok V6 has been standing in the work shop for over two weeks now the bakkie is still under warranty the service department said the vehical would be finished this week but story keeps changing now the technician can only work on the Vehical after his daily jobs are done. Last week were told that they will book the tech only to work and complete the job on monday. But recived a call telling my father that it will take a further few weeks . Also tried phoning service manager and dealer principal but no answer from them aswel is this how you conduct business very very poor.

Parts sales have no idea what they are doing. Don't know anything unless they have a Vin number and the computer can tell them what to do. I have a different motor fitted in my car so Vin number is pointless. I offered to take in a sample of what I needed and was told he can't order as it could be wrong when he orders and can't return it...then asked for Vin number AGAIN after I explained the motor swap...
