Yesterday i was at Foshini Waverley plaza to see if they had wifi's for sale. In the shop they have a glass display for cellular phones. I stood there quite a while before a staff member came to my aid. There were to staff members chatting to each other. Didnt look eager to hp. Today i went to the shop again because i saw an huwai device. I wanted to find out if it was a wifi. The lady saw me standing in front of the glass cabinet again. She was to interested in talking to someone else. Didnt even bother to ask me if she could help me. I was totally disgusted and left the shop. This is what i call bad service. Will never do businesses their again

There's never anyone at the till?! I have walked out multiple times after waiting at an abandoned till for someone when I wanted to pay. The worst is it's not just once off, it's literally ever single time I've been there. Staff can definitely be (re)trained, you're losing business from Waverley Foschini.

What a terrible taste of music.. Maybe have a look at what people lives in the surrounding area, and choose your music to be played in store according to that. Wil make the shopping much better, and you will certainly get more customers. It makes my head want to explode to be in that store for more than 5 mins.Oh and get new staff. These ones are so slow, and not doing their job with passion or any eager to help the customers. Standing in line for 10 min, with only 2 customers infront of me

Shop is way too small and the service is not so good. Go to one of the bigger shopping centres for a better foschinis.
