The most ridiculous queues at Self Medication and only 1 person assisting! If one enquires if there are any additional staff to assist, there is the standard answer “they are on lunch”. Yet overstaffed at the front tills. Management is sadly lacking. Go elsewhere.

Served by Kgabo Maleka , bought 2 Hand Andy and while serving us she was shouting across the shop to a merchandiser called Sipho or something ,She didnt care that we infront of her , continued complimenting this gentleman ,s smile .We were not offered a plastic bag and when i asked her why would you chat with a colleague in front of customers , she went on to call another guy (Next customer please ) and never answered me .I walked out cause i now had a client right behind me.Also called the shop and talked to the Supervisor Tebogo who said she will talk to her , lets hope that will happen.

Wonderful service from this branch (where I saw the nurses and collected my bag) but it all started at BluBird when a friendly cashier told me about the complimentary baby bag. Very efficient email communication as well. Thanks a bunch for this unbranded yet free diaper bag filled with products! A great marketing initiative.

The nursing sister was fine but I cannot say the same of the person manning the desk. Perhaps she was following some instruction but her interactions with me came across as a general unwillingness to assist someone who was stressed and desperate to get a vaccination for tetanus within 24 hours.

Unfriendly staff ..Lady at the customer care desk seemed unbothered and unwilling to help with my issue … then I went to the makeup session and there’s no floor staff helping , the one lady I managed to find and ask for help from answered in a rude and unfriendly manner .
