Very disappointed with the pedicures we had. We treated my mom for her birthday and the quality of the pedicure was terrible. The nail polish has already come off after 1 day. The polish was all around the nail on the skin and for the price you pay for a full pedicure I would have expected a much higher quality. Unfortunately we will not be back.

This was one of the best facials I have ever experienced. You can arrive early (check in with them first to receive a robe abd slippers) and use the Oasis Pool aswell as the Steam room, Sauna and Plunge Pool - my partner and I were hoping to do this together but please note those facilities are gendered. We enjoyed some me" time instead.You can also make use of the conservatory just before and after your treatment which had champange

I usually avoid big hotel spas, but this one is amazing! The entire experience was perfect, 5 stars service and infrastructure. Khanya my masseuse is amazing. She was soooo sweet and knew exactly the pressure needed to make me feel comfortable and relaxed.

I can 100% recommend Librisa spa! Definitely the best spa I have ever been to. Truly a 5 star experience. Our therapist, Kanyi, was absolutely exceptional and so professional! We will definitely be back.

I am only giving 2 stars because I expected alot more from this Spa at the Mount Nelson. Its the middle of Winter so spas must accommodate for this. I had a couples massage and facial but the treatment room was freezing cold and we had to ask our therapists twice to heat the room only to find out the AC is broken. The beds did not have electric blanket heating. The conservatory was also very cold with no heaters. And there was no hot water available to make hot tea because the tap was broken.The staff were absolutely wonderful but I am truly disappointed in this establishment.

The most wonderful luxurious spa in the most beautiful setting! Well worth the extra spend as you're able to use all the spa facilities including the hotel's outdoor heated pool. Make sure you ask about their monthly specials.

Spectacular spa! I have been to many spa's, but this one stands out. Its beauty, professionalism, attention to detail, awesome refreshments and esp the magnificent package I had make it one of my favorites spa's in the CT area. We booked a couple massage and by arriving we were told the room for couple massages is occupied - although we booked this treatment weeks in advance! When we asked how this could happen, we were only told due to a double booking".The handling of the situation was totally unprofessional. They apologized very briefly
