Very very bad service.No one answers the phone.I have been trying to phone them for almost a week now more than 10 times a day no one answers.Package was promised to be deliverd nothing came from that.Will not recommend them at all!

One star is too much. Could not find my address... Last week they delivered something there...Forget trying to phone them, they dont answer phones... Forget phoning headoffice, they just bounce you round from customer service to customer service... Still have not received my item. Rotten absolutly rotten!

.I'm so disappointed in this company I haven't got my parcel but I keep getting emails from buffalogistics saying they already delivered my parcel which is a big lie I've been waiting for days now

I phoned them 5 times, contacted them via whatsapp and still got no answer. My parcel is said to be at the depot since 7:26 am and should have been delivered today, I was willing to drive to collect it. Now instead of a 3 day delivery it is turning into 5. I am sad to say that I am very disappointed.

Phoned this morning regarding my wife's parcel there was no answer. My wife called the afternoon still no answer. Eventually I got hold of them after my wife phoned. Ask the lady about my wife's parcel and she said it was still at the depot after the tracking showed already this morning that is was dispatched and enroute to my wife. The lady told me that the parcel will be delivered today still and that the driver is currently busy with deliveries in town. Till now we are still waiting for the parcels. The service is pathetic

Takes about a week to deliver an item from JHB.The driver makes 0 effort to complete the delivery via only phoning once and ignoring all other phone numbers on the house.bad attitude when I enquired about it. OVERALL Horrendous experience

Try to phone the office for a week.Nobody answer. Item is not Recieved but there office loaded that is Recieved. Driver confirm that the item is at the Depot. From 10 th November try to solve this. And I wait for my refund. Take a lot cannot give my refund because George depot not reverse the order. This is fraud case now. On security camera of complex show that was not deliver.

I wish I could give no stars! what a pathetic courier company I’ve been waiting almost 2 weeks for a parcel and I’m still waiting, they don’t answer calls or emails, I’ve never dealt with a more incompetent company in my life! Fastway George will never see my money again, please change your name to a more suited one like SlowWay Couriers, never again will I support your excuses of a company
