Good day, I purchased a pair of shoes on the 6th at Kingsmead Three Rivers, just before Easter weekend. I wanted to return the shoes today the on 14th. The mananger was not in the store for the 20minutes that I was there. The floor staff were kind and informed me that the return date is 7days. They offered me a voucher. Though I would prefer my money back. I was given a voucher. I had a look at the calender and realised that I was 1 day late if you include Sunday. But I didn't take Sunday especially Easter Sunday into account as a work day. I returned to the store to ask for an acception? The Manager was then instore. She was so unfriendly and cold as I just queried if Sunday counted as a day. She just said it counts and ignored me further. Now I am stuck with a voucher for a place where I do not want to spend my money because the manager is so unfriendly and unaccommodating. I just called to find out her name, Mampho. I while I explained my dissatisfaction the shop assistant that answered the phone and started laughing. I am appalled.I would appreciated a letter back

Can you please stock bigger shoe sizes for women like size 9 and up?
